Beginning January 2017, Dr. Gregory Stanton of Genocide Watch will be traveling to Iraq to conduct a Genocide Prevention training for the Ministry of Anfal Affairs of the Regional Government of Kurdistan, to interview survivors of the ISIS genocide, and to confer with judicial officials about trying ISIS combatants who have been captured.
Last year, Dr. Stanton testified at a hearing chaired by Rep. Smith on: Fulfilling the Humanitarian Imperative: Assisting Victims of ISIS Violence.
