Also Suu Kyi's office is run by Kyaw Tint Swe, the career diplomat, (1 of only 2) who were entrusted by the Burmese military to defend its human rights records at the UN (New York and Geneva), including decades of persecution of the Rohingyas. Another is Rakhine Win Mra, who now heads the Myanmar National Human Rights Commission and a member of the Kofi Annan Commission on Rakhine.
